Local deliveries are by ourselves and deliveries are made Monday– Saturday.
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

What happens if the recipient isn’t at home?

On some occasions, we may try to deliver flowers and no one is in to receive them.
If this happens we will do our best to leave them with a neighbour or safe place (like a porch) and leave a calling card.

Local Deliveries During Covid

Following all government advice to make deliveries safer our deliveries will all be contactless. I shall knock on the door and step back at least 2 metres and my hand-tied bouquets/ arrangements will be left safely on the doorstep, and you won’t need to sign for anything. I shall take a picture if you’re not in to show where I have left them.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to everywhere else in the UK by national courier.

For Friday nationwide delivery please order by 10.30 am Thursday, otherwise your order won’t be delivered until the following Monday.

Nationwide Delivery Covid Information

Our Nationwide deliveries are managed through Royal Mail, and a few independent courier companies, who are all also following the latest government guidance to keep everyone safe and well.
